Florin (Managing Director) is involved in every step of the construction process, and together with his team implement international third-party accredited standards of quality delivering exceptional outcomes and a personally managed building solution from start to finish.

Together with a handful of the most experienced architects and engineers, we will assist you to create your ideal design by matching your vision with our industry experience. You can spend as much time as you need explaining your preferences to our experienced team who are here to help.
PRODUCE YOUR FIRST DRAFT BUILD PLAN WITH A REALISTIC COST ESTIMATE
We will work with you to develop your first draft building plan with detailed elevations to assist in refining your vision so you end up with a design you love.
We will develop a detailed estimate of the full cost of designing and building your new commercial project based on the vision and design you have described to us. Our commitment is to make this estimate as accurate as possible for the peace of mind of our clients.
FULL ENGINEERING DESIGNS
We will engage our most experienced engineers for the project and develop sound structures and services required to find the most cost-effective way to construct your dream project. Our engineering team are guided by our many years of experience on how to utilise the most efficient and effective building methods to produce the final outcome you are looking for.
COUNCIL APPROVALS WITH AN ACCURATE & TRANSPARENT TENDERED PRICE
Whilst all the above are being discussed, We’ll take care of submitting comprehensive plans to your local council and obtaining approval. If any amendments are required in order to satisfy your council, we will make the necessary changes to the plans for you.
Our expertise in Quantity Surveying represents a guaranteed choice in choosing Lucy Commercial for your commercial project. Based on the fully developed Architectural and Engineering documentation, we will produce a very detailed BOQ with very precise pricing, which is maintained regularly to reflect the market price changes.
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE & DELIVERY
Once we receive approval from your local council and a contract is signed, we usually require approximately 30 days to mobilise on site. The actual length of time for construction will be detailed by a construction schedule and the process of construction will be explained in detail Construction methods, are in line with our ISO third party accreditation. Our communication with all stakeholders will be exemplary.
PRACTICAL COMPLETION AND PROJECT CLOSE-OUT
Our commitment to you remains to the last stroke of the ink on the specified maintenance period. Our Practical Completion is well Planned and compliant with our ISO9001. We will present maintenance and warranty booklets that explains your responsibility for the building going forward. We will walk alongside you and guide you through the steps to success.
