FULL ENGINEERING DESIGNS

We will engage our most experienced engineers for the project and develop sound structures and services required to find the most cost-effective way to construct your dream project. Our engineering team are guided by our many years of experience on how to utilise the most efficient and effective building methods to produce the final outcome you are looking for.

COUNCIL APPROVALS WITH AN ACCURATE & TRANSPARENT TENDERED PRICE

Whilst all the above are being discussed, We’ll take care of submitting comprehensive plans to your local council and obtaining approval. If any amendments are required in order to satisfy your council, we will make the necessary changes to the plans for you.

Based on the fully developed Architectural and Engineering documentation, we will produce a very detailed BOQ with very precise pricing, which is maintained regularly to reflect the market price changes.

Council Approvals
Construction Schedule & Delivery

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE & DELIVERY  

Once we receive approval from your local council and a contract is signed, we usually require approximately 30 days to mobilise on site. The actual length of time for construction will be detailed by a construction schedule and the process of construction will be explained in detail Construction methods, are in line with our ISO third party accreditation. Our communication with all stakeholders will be exemplary.

PRACTICAL COMPLETION AND PROJECT CLOSE-OUT

Our commitment to you remains to the last stroke of the ink on the specified maintenance period. Our Practical Completion is well Planned and compliant with our ISO9001. We will present maintenance and warranty booklets that explains your responsibility for the building going forward. We will walk alongside you and guide you through the steps to success.
