Florin developed extensive hands-on experience while completing his studies, with a particular focus on quantity surveying. This practical foundation enabled him to refine his capabilities across all aspects of commercial construction, including detailed project planning, cost estimation and control, and effective site supervision. Driven by a long-term vision of creating a family-run enterprise, Florin successfully established his own business.
With years of industry experience, Florin built a strong team of skilled professionals committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders. For the past 6 years, he has helped to oversee the construction of high-quality establishments and has played a significant role in ensuring all projects are carried out to the highest quality and within the agreed time frames.

Alex is a highly experienced Site Supervisor with over 12 years of proven expertise in the building and construction industry. Having been involved in the family business since the age of 16, he gained extensive practical experience through a hands-on carpentry apprenticeship with Lucy Homes.
Following his apprenticeship, Alex advanced through industry-recognised training with the Master Builders Association (MBA), earning qualifications that led to his appointment as a Safety Supervisor and subsequently to a Site Management role.
In this leadership capacity, Alex has demonstrated a broad and diverse skill set, encompassing in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices, renovation methodologies, and safety systems. Bianca is a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Administrator with over 15 years of experience in managing administrative tasks, coordinating project activities, and ensuring operational efficiency in both the construction and real estate industry. With a strong background in project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication Bianca plays a key role in keeping projects on track and within scope.
A true all-rounder, Bianca is proficient in handling everything from project planning and coordination, documentation and reporting with also providing administrative support to all employees and staff throughout the company.

Ralph’s in charge of keeping our quality and safety system on track. He works closely with all the team across our multiple sites. With over 30 years of experience and an eye for detail, Ralph is our go to for quality control, supervision and mentoring. His attention to detail stems from his 15 years as an Architectural Technician, creating plans and specification writing.
Ralph’s passion for the industry branches from his exciting portfolio, with previous projects including Libraries, Schools and Health Care Facilities. With this experience you can rest assure that your project is in the best hands for all quality and supervisory requirements.

Kristie joined the team as a Project Administrator, supporting both the Commercial and Residential division. With a background in Administration and Coordination, she has embraced the challenge of transitioning into the building industry and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Building and Contract Administration.
In her role, Kristie works closely with the Project’s Team to offer assistance with Project Coordination and Documentation. She values being part of a collaborative team and enjoys building positive relationships with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to support the successful progress of each project. Kristie is passionate about contributing to a collaborative and efficient workplace and ensuring every project she supports runs as smoothly as possible.
Ali is a highly experienced Project and Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on construction management across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and is a qualified carpentry tradesperson, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of both technical design and on-site delivery.
With international experience across Australia, Dubai, and Iran, Ali brings a global perspective to project coordination, stakeholder management, and site supervision. He is a Registered Building Practitioner in both South Australia and Victoria and holds formal project management training in Oracle Primavera, enabling him to plan, manage, and deliver complex projects efficiently.
Ali is known for his practical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects from early planning through to completion. His balanced approach between engineering principles and trade-based experience allows him to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining safety, programme, and cost control.
